Keith Shiels, Principal of Lowestoft Sixth Form College, said: “We couldn’t be more proud of our students and the hard work and dedication they have shown throughout their studies. This year’s results are simply outstanding and some of the best we have ever celebrated at our sixth form.
“Although we are now out of lockdown, much of our students’ learning has taken place during challenging times and they have had to embrace a new way of learning. I am immensely proud of the resilience they have shown and they can take those successes forward to their next steps, as well as their fantastic academic achievements.”
East Coast College Chief Executive Stuart Rimmer added: “We are hugely proud of the results our students and the college have delivered and are delighted with another fantastic set of A Level results.
“Students at Lowestoft Sixth Form College are taught by experienced tutors who are passionate about their subjects and help them progress onto their chosen destination, be it university, an apprenticeship or employment.
“We wish all of our students the very best in their next steps and are already looking forward to seeing our returning and new students this September.”
