Why study with us…
- The course will help you develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to become a successful engineer in today’s rapidly moving industry.
- You will get the chance to visit sites such as Bacton Gas Terminal and Sizewell nuclear power station, and away from the practical elements you will develop your general knowledge of maths and engineering through classroom sessions.
- You will have access to industry-standard facilities and resources in our workshops and £11.3m Energy Skills Centre.
Where Engineering can take you…
The final year of the course can feed you directly into our Higher Education programme in Engineering, or you can progress to another university. You can also progress into an apprenticeship or employment in careers such as an electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, project engineer, chemical engineer, design engineer or maintenance engineer.
